'I am deeply interested in the field of AI, the space is vast and complex with no straightforward solution, driving my curiosity for this field the strongest. Witnessing the amazing technologies it has enabled, I believe AI will propel us to unimaginable feats.

This scholarship is important to me as it gave the opportunity to pursue a career in AI. Growing up in a deprived area of London, being of Bangladeshi descent with only one working parent I fully understood the challenges that my family and I faced. I worked very hard to achieve educational success, but to support my family I needed to begin a career. The scholarship allowed me to pursue further education as well as giving me a head start in a career that I am passionate about and for that, I am very grateful.

Outside of work I love to read, one of my favourite series is Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time, I enjoy immersing myself in vast fictional worlds and exploring its lore. I also enjoy visiting new places and experiencing different cultures.'
