I am currently a third-year PhD student in Computer Science at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), working with Prof. Ioannis Patras and funded by the Queen Mary Principal's Scholarship. I am also fortunate to be collaborating closely with Dr. Ziquan Liu and Prof. Shaogang Gong. Previously, I obtained my MSc degree in Control Science and Engineering from Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology (NUIST), where I worked with Prof. Qingshan Liu.
My research interests are centred on Computer Vision, with a focus on AI Fairness (2024—present), Diffusion Models (2024—present), Vision Language Models (2022—present), and Facial Expression Recognition (2019—present).
Outside of my research, I am passionate about music, particularly rock music. I enjoy exploring various genres, including progressive rock, post rock, Britpop, gothic rock, funk rock, shoegaze, and so on. I like playing guitar and singing, and I play rhythm guitar in a band named Bel Air. In addition to music, I love staying active through hiking, cycling, and fitness.
